Hey guys, This will be the first step we are going to do : Malt Milling. 
The purpose of the first step is to break the malt without breaking it. Before the malt enters, add an appropriate amount of water to keep it moist.

Generally, the use of the malt miller is related to the volume of the saccharification at one time, and there is a great relationship with the wort concentration. It is recommended to use the malt miller power that matches the saccharification size.
The crushing capacity of the malt miller is calculated as one fifth of the saccharification volume.
